Christy brings over 16 years of experience in marketing, business development, construction, and administration. Her specialized focus is on business development through relationships and high-level sales objectives. Her experience is unique with parallel paths in corporate organizations an in Tribal government programming and enterprises. This background allows her to maintain, and potentially link professional relationships as she’s able to move fluidly throughout either structure. She has the knowledge in creating effective structure for strategic planning, high-return business development, tactical marketing and overall the necessary reporting and expense management experience to share with clients. Christy has worked directly with a diverse makeup of leadership in organizations, from business owners to C-Suite to Tribal Councils to sole proprietors. She studied Service Management at UW-Stout and Marketing at Madison College. She is an enrolled member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, and a Lac du Flambeau tribal descendant, as well as a U.S. Army Veteran. Christy brings an energetic, entrepreneurial electric charge to the team and to every client she serves.
Randy has 20+ years of business experience that includes leadership roles in operations and marketing. Throughout his career, he’s also held leadership roles in community economic development as director on two separate chamber boards and most recently a long-standing director on the board for the Vilas County Economic Development Corporation. As a professional in the marketing director roles he’s held, his teams have been recognized numerous times as Romero Award recipients for casino marketing, a Telly recipient for non-broadcast tradeshow content and has addressed many audiences on marketing, economic development and business. While he served as leadership in business operations, Randy has extensive success as a general manager and ultimately as a COO for a tribal holding corporation that he also helped originally pioneer into a substantial economic force. He holds degrees in Marketing and Integrative Leadership with emphasis in Human Development. To enhance his toolbox for organizations, has obtained certification in Strategic Marketing and Six Sigma. You can expect Randy to bring a consistent energy for teams to draw from while also approaching needs with an innovative and analytical problem-solving cadence.
